Polotsk HPP

22 MW Polotsk HPP is located in Belarus on the Western Dvina River near the village Luchno of Polotsk district, Vitebsk region.

The hydro scheme consists of water reservoir, blind earth dam, concrete spillway dam with dissipating basin and apron, powerhouse and administrative building, headrace canals of spillway dam and powerhouse, tailrace canals of spillway dam and powerhouse, 110 kV open-door  switchyard, conjunction structures – embankment and divide wall, plant area with auxiliary structures.

Design works and construction of the HPP began in 2011 and at present the HPP is under construction.

Scope of work envisaged under the contracts:

Development of the detailed design (detailed drawings, calculations, equipment specifications, schedule of volumes), engineering supervision over the implementation of the designed constructional and technological parts.
